Why this evidence node matters
Section titled “Why this evidence node matters”Users often describe warmed products as smoother, less cold, more comfortable, or easier to spread. Those descriptions matter for routine completion, but they should not become claims about measured penetration, barrier repair, treatment, or universal product performance.
What evidence can support
Section titled “What evidence can support”- A bounded statement that a defined warming condition changed perceived glide, odor, viscosity, residue, or spread experience.
- A route for separating user feel from measured absorption and skin outcome language.
- A reason to pair sensory observations with formula stability and claim-boundary pages.
What evidence cannot support
Section titled “What evidence cannot support”- It cannot prove better absorption, better barrier function, skin repair, medical benefit, or ingredient delivery.
- It cannot support “absorbs better,” “works better,” “repairs barrier,” or “improves skin outcomes” without separate evidence.
- It cannot replace finished-formula stability, preservative, packaging, or repeated-use testing.
Minimum evidence object
Section titled “Minimum evidence object”- Formula type and product state.
- Warming method, exposure temperature, duration, and cycle count.
- Sensory attributes tracked before and after warming: odor, color, viscosity, texture, residue, glide, tack, and spreadability.
- User segment and routine moment where relevant.
- Clear separation between perceived feel and measured penetration or skin outcome.
Claim boundary
Section titled “Claim boundary”Allowed wording can discuss perceived warmth, glide, residue, and routine comfort. Absorption, barrier, repair, or treatment language must route to separate evidence and claim boundaries.
