What evidence can support

What evidence cannot support

- It cannot support “preservative-safe,” “preservative-free is better,” “paraben-free is better for warming,” or “formula remains unchanged.”
- It cannot provide infant-care, pregnancy, eczema-adjacent, or sensitive-skin instructions.
Minimum evidence object

- Named preservative system or preservative-free claim route.
- Repeated-use cycle count, exposure time, cooling interval, and handling pattern.
- Wet-hand, bathroom, jar, pump, or refill interaction where relevant.
- Microbial-control, stability, odor, viscosity, and sensory-drift review appropriate to the claim.
Claim boundary
Section titled “Claim boundary”Allowed wording can say that preservative systems require whole-formula review. Stronger repeated-warming claims need finished-product evidence and claim review.
